Four fabric resistance bands, graded light to firm, so the work scales as you get stronger. Soft on the skin, non-slip.

Red, the lightest: 15-30 lbs (7-12 kg)
Black: 25-45 lbs (11-20 kg)
Purple: 35-65 lbs (16-30 kg)
Green, the firmest: 45-90 lbs (21-40 kg)

These are full-length bands, the kind you stand on or loop around your feet, not the short thigh bands. Each is a 208 cm loop, about 104 cm laid flat (41 inches). Rolled, a band is the size of a pair of socks. Long in use, small in the drawer.
