Products

The Elle Method is a digital guide for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Results vary from person to person. Our physical kits are self-care accessories and are not medical devices.

Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel any order. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may be converted from US dollars. We try to keep all information accurate but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

Digital products and withdrawal

The Elle Method is delivered immediately as a download. By completing your purchase you agree that delivery begins at once and, where a statutory withdrawal right would otherwise apply, that this right ends once the download has started. Our voluntary 14-day happiness guarantee still applies, as described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content in The Elle Method and on this site is owned by Built By Elle and is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Method or its contents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built By Elle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
