Digital products

The Elle Method is delivered as an instant digital download. After your payment is confirmed, you receive a download link by email, usually within a few minutes. There is no shipping cost and nothing is mailed to you.

Physical products (The Rituals kits)

Our kits are shipped through an overseas fulfillment partner. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes a further 6 to 13 business days, so most orders arrive within about two weeks. Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you by email once the order ships.

Shipping is free on all kits.

Delivery times by country

These are estimates for our standard tracked line, in calendar days. A few destinations, like Cyprus and Israel, run longer.

United Kingdom: 4 to 9 days
Western and Central Europe: 4 to 12 days
Southern Europe: 4 to 10 days
Eastern Europe: 4 to 15 days
Romania: 7 to 10 days
Cyprus and Malta: 8 to 22 days
Nordics: 5 to 19 days
Switzerland and Norway: 5 to 11 days
United States and Canada: 4 to 11 days
Australia and New Zealand: 4 to 14 days
United Arab Emirates and Israel: 7 to 27 days
Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia: 4 to 15 days

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility. Built By Elle has no control over these charges.

Tracking and delays

You will receive tracking by email. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, email ellesinclairbusiness@gmail.com and we will help.
