Cancel an order

What this means

If your order includes an instant download, such as The Elle Method, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to that download once it has begun. You ask for it to be delivered immediately and you confirm this at checkout, and EU law removes the cooling-off period for instant digital content in that case.

This is separate from my voluntary money-back promise. That promise is my own choice, not a legal requirement: if The Elle Method is not for you, email me within 14 days and I will refund you in full. See the Refund Policy.

For physical kits, your full statutory right of withdrawal applies as normal. The details are below.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and EEA)

Physical kits. You may cancel and return a kit within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The item should be unused and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items such as the silk eye mask cannot be returned unless faulty.

The Elle Method (digital download). Because it is delivered instantly and you confirm this at checkout, the statutory 14-day cancellation period does not apply to the download once it has begun. My voluntary money-back promise still stands, see the Refund Policy.

How to cancel

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. For a change-of-mind kit return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
